What Complia does, what it deliberately does not do, and how teams get going.

About Complia

  • Does Complia certify our product?

No. Complia gathers requirements, work, evidence and decisions so that a qualified body can assess them. Certificates and conformity decisions come from the bodies and people authorised to issue them.

  • Does Complia tell us what applies legally?

No. Complia records your applicability assessment and its rationale and shows what follows from it. Whether a product is in scope, and how, is a decision for your organisation and its advisers.

  • Who in the team uses it?

Product owners, security and compliance leads, engineering and test, and quality and certification roles. Each person sees their own work, and roles decide who may review, approve and sign.

Frameworks and reporting

  • Which frameworks does Complia support?

The EU Cyber Resilience Act, ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443-4-1 and 4-2, and MIL-STD-882E – plus your own policies, customer requirements and other standards imported as versioned libraries.

  • Are the standard texts included?

No. ISO and IEC standards are sold under licence. Complia works with their structure and reference numbers, and the wording stays in your organisation's licensed copy.

  • How does Complia help with CRA reporting?

Each Article 14 case shows the 24-hour early warning, 72-hour notification and final-report deadlines and holds the drafts. You submit the reports through ENISA's Single Reporting Platform.

  • Can several products share evidence?

Yes. Evidence for a common component can be inherited by the products you belong to that use it, and one piece of evidence can support several requirements.

Data and access

  • Who can see our data?

Only the members of each product, according to their roles, and companies are kept apart. Complia's operators can open your products only in a logged, time-limited support session with a stated reason.

  • How is AI used?

AI can suggest which evidence fits a requirement and summarise requirements. Suggestions are logged proposals – a person decides whether to propose a link, and another person reviews it.

  • Can suppliers and buyers take part?

Yes. Suppliers have their own portal for their commitments, and a buyer can sign the handover through a time-limited link without an account.

Getting started

  • Can we try it first?

Yes. The sign-in page has an “Explore the demo” button that opens a complete example product in your browser. Nothing you do there is saved on our servers.

  • Can we connect our CI/CD pipeline?

Yes. With a pipeline key you can upload an SBOM, check gate status and fail a build when a passed gate no longer holds.

  • Is Complia available in Swedish?

Yes. Each person chooses English or Swedish, and the choice never changes anyone else's view. Text you write yourselves is never translated.

  • What does it cost?

Starter: 2,490 SEK/month (29,880 SEK/year); Professional: 7,990 SEK/month (95,880 SEK/year). Enterprise is by quotation. Prices exclude VAT and are billed annually. See the Pricing page for included capacity and modules; consultancy, standard licences and external certification are excluded.
