Security and trust
Built so the record
can be trusted.
Complia holds your decisions, your evidence and their history. This page describes how that record is protected – as facts about how the platform is built, not as a certification.
- 01
Each product is its own room
A product's data is visible only to its members, each with a role. Companies are kept apart. The database checks this on every request – not only what the screen shows.
- 02
Evidence that cannot be quietly replaced
Originals are stored privately. The server computes a SHA-256 fingerprint of the stored file before registering it, stored originals cannot be overwritten or deleted, and download links expire after 60 seconds.
- 03
A history that only grows
Every change is written by the server to an audit trail. The database refuses to edit or delete its entries.
- 04
Four eyes where it matters
The person who did the work cannot approve it. Controlled documents are signed by someone other than the person who prepared them.
- 05
AI that proposes, never decides
Evidence suggestions and summaries are proposals, and every run is logged. A link exists only when a person proposes it and another person reviews it.
- 06
Support access with a reason
Complia's operators can open a customer's products only in a time-limited support session with a stated reason and ticket number. Sessions are read-only by default, show a permanent banner to the operator, and every product opened and every change is logged permanently.

What this page is not
It is not a certification of Complia and not a substitute for your own supplier assessment. Bring your security questions to a walkthrough and we will go through them.
